The maximum number of exhibition stands will be 50, the tent sizes are 6x3 –OR- 12x3.
Each exhibitor must supply a copy of their public liability with a cheque made payable to Hunting Association of Ireland for the exhibit stand.
The exhibitors may erect and stock their stands on Friday 16th October 2009, and must vacate the stand by the Sunday 19th October 2009 - unless agreed otherwise. We will supply electricity and security to the tented village.
All cheques must be paid on receipt of invoice, acceptance letter and entry pack with a reference number will be sent to you by post.
You will not gain entry without this number.
